It’s now easier to visit Amani during the week. We’re extending our hours so we’ll be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 6:00 pm. Come check out what’s new on your way home from work (or wherever you spend your days).
We’re still open Fridays from 10am to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Amani is closed on Sunday & Monday.
And don’t forget: Mother’s Day is May 9th.

Letisha works in the kitchen at Amani in Nairobi, Kenya. She comes from a rural area in Kenya, and through Amani, she is raising her young children with hope and peace. At Amani, she has grown as a leader and improved her reading through encouragement from others while learning marketable skills. Letisha has truly blossomed the past few years she has spent at Amani. And she has seen her children becoming peacemakers themselves through the Amani Watoto children’s day camp program. She is a proud, confident mother because of the support she receives at Amani.
